NAME

 

The name of this organization shall be the Association to Restore City Hall now doing business as the Sandwich Opera House Performing Arts Theater, herein after referred to as SOH.  SOH is a nonprofit organization incorporated under the law of the State of Illinois as a not-for-profit corporation under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

MISSION

Section 2.1 Mission Statement

The mission of the SOH is to provide a performing arts center that promotes educational, charitable, and cultural activities thus enriching the city of Sandwich and its surrounding communities.
