BUILDING USE RENTAL

 

AUDITORIUM 

Capacity 305

$200 Security deposit paid at contract signing (goes towards rental fee)

 $200 Cleaning deposit (returned in full if cleaning steps are completed)

$1200 - First 6 hours (includes show being added to our website, with links to tickets, if applicable)

$200 each additional hour

Ticketing for Events can be provided - Inquire for pricing 

Sound and Light Technicians may be available - inquire for availability and pricing.

Rental discounts available to renters who book more than one event per season at time of signing. Inquire for discount details.

 

COMMUNITY ROOM 

Capacity standing only 108 - With chairs 77 - With tables and chairs 48

$60 security deposit paid at contract signing (goes towards rental fee)

 $60 cleaning deposit (returned in full if cleaning steps are completed)

$150 - first 4 hours

$50 each additional hour

 

RECEPTION ROOM

Capacity 12 Seats around conference table

$50 security deposit paid at contract signing (goes towards rental fee)

$50 cleaning deposit (returned in full if cleaning steps are completed

$50 first 2 hours

$25 each additional hour
