About Us
Sandwich Opera House Performing Arts Theater, a treasure in Sandwich, Illinois, provides a cultural hub for music and theater enthusiasts.
Originally opened in 1878, our historic 300-seat venue, supported by dedicated volunteers, delivers exceptional shows, events, and a glimpse into local history.
Ticket Policy

Refunds will not be issued if a ticket purchaser is unable to attend the show.

Tickets can be transferred to another name. If you need your tickets transferred, please contact the Box Office. 48 hr notice is preferred.

In the event of event postponement, originally purchased tickets will be valid at new date.

Refunds are not given for the postponed show.

​In the event of a show cancellation, ticket purchases will be refunded.

Ticket purchases made on other websites – or from third-parties – may not grant you admission to the show as they may not be authentic or valid tickets. Additionally, if an event is canceled or modified, the Sandwich Opera House would not have ticket buyer information to communicate these changes.
